Jimmy has been the best I’ve ever met. We had some problems with the self order machine and he greeted us a smile at the ordering kiosk. Guided us though and helped us with the order like a star!

I've been to a lot of fast food places, but KFC always hits the spot! The chicken is consistently crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Whether it's the classic bucket or a spicy Zinger burger, everything tastes fresh and satisfying. The staff at this location were friendly and efficient, and my order was ready quickly—even during the busy dinner rush. The place was clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you're craving some comfort food done right!

Coming after lunch hours at 2.45pm and I still needed to wait nearly 30 minutes for my food and another 10 more minutes because my burger was not ready. So by then my OG drumstick was nearly cold, my fries were barely warm and all this added to a very sub-par experience. I wanted to try the new Ultimate Smokey Burger and a word of caution, don't bother unless you need to have your Zinger fix because that's what it is with a so called smokey mayo that does nothing to the taste, two strips of whatever bacon that taste like seasoned cardboard. Next the sour cream and onion fries, on paper it sounds like a winner till your food sits on the counter for a good 25 minutes then your somewhat cold fries have started turning soggy and you powder them with the seasoning and it feels like you are eat Lau Hong potato chips, just go buy the Calbee version less heartache and better bite.

Easily one of the worst KFC branches in Singapore when it comes to service, be it rude staff, frequent delivery issues, cancellations, and missing items. It has even made the news for how badly things can go here.
That said, the fried chicken is oddly one of the best in Singapore. The crispiness, oil, and tenderness hit just right and there is something extra that sets it apart from other outlets.
Still, proceed with caution. The food might be good, but the abysmal service could ruin your appetite before you even get a bite.

Approached by kfc staff to do google review when I just stepped in and sat down at KFC Nex and she said she give me free mashed potato.
She directed me to go google and want me to do review on the spot. I said ' okay I will do the review later' , she immediately walked away with the mashed potato without a word or thank.
No service and yet want good review.
KFC management please do something. This is not the way to get good review.

Horrible crowd on thursday evening, staff shouting numbers while the surrounding is super noisy. Screen only show numbers that were already collected! Do you expect people to hear their numbers? It was too noisy . Slow service, ordered and waited for 52mins !

I rarely leave reviews, but I just wanted to take a moment to commend a staff member named Sham. He was incredibly helpful. Even though it was close to closing time, he assured us there was no need to rush and even helped us clean up. I’ve observed that he extends the same level of excellent service not just to us, but to all customers as well. I truly appreciate his kindness and dedication. I hope the management considers recognizing or rewarding him—he genuinely deserves it.

The q system not working. Staff shouting the q numbers. Everyone need to stand near the counter to listen for their q numbers. Also, wish they provided larger screens for the q numbers. Food still good.
