This shop should close down. Great reluctance in cutting women’s hair. Only wanted to cut straight for $14. Take the $14 and get yourself a pair of scissors to cut your hair straight yourself and you might even have some change left. Made me very uncomfortable. Women come here at your own risk

Hairstylists had extremely poor attitude. Within the first 30 seconds of entering the shop they were only interested to express their reluctance to cut certain styles and complained that it is hard to cut my wife’s hair as her hair was layered. It made us very uncomfortable and reflected very poorly on their service standards. It also reflects poor quality control and training by their management. Cut there if you can’t be bothered with cutting quality and service 😂

I’ve followed Lilian across a few outlets before she settled at NEX — she’s that meticulous and skilled! Always happy with the results. Make sure to select her when booking, as she earns half the service fee. Highly recommend!

Enjoy coming to the nex outlet. Its always well staffed and waiting time is minimal for my kids and I, especially witn the app! Today I wanted a buzz cut and Stylist Candy Chan is polite, friendly and took time to reduce the length bit by bit and checked in to discuss if we should go shorter.
