Not easy to find a cobbler these days so this is my go-to. Prices are reasonable for the usual heel repairs - don't expect too much for prompt customer service if all the handymen at the shop are in the middle of repairs. Fast repair if they have the time to do so. For this particular pair, the cobbler took the time to set expectations, for example the heel may be a little higher than the rest of the sole, the base may crack etc, which I appreciate, and ready for collection the next day.

Hello.. I’ve a phone sling leather bag which is compact & it’s very useful to me. But when the button spoilt & I can’t close the bag, it’s really such a waste.
I went to Nex Shoe & Bags repair shop at 4th floor & was served by a Malay guy. He change a suitable button & sling bag is as good as new. I also made 1 set of room keys. I came home tested it & it work perfectly.

I was in overseas for 3 months...this shop helped me with very good result. Super clean and shiny again.
