Thanks for ruining my Gucci belt, what I wanted is just to add 1 additional hole due to weight-loss and now what I got is a ruined belt! I understand its only $1 job but pls put a heart in every single job task despite the amount. When I complaint “look at ur guy’s craftmanship”, to the owner which is Malay, he was non-challantly said no choice, cannot fix, just use it. I REST MY CASE since the shop owner already said that, he really have a bad attitude so no use probing further. I dont even bother to ask for compensation. It is entirely my fault not to check google review properly.

Sent my climbing shoes (La Sportiva Skwama) for repair and it came back nicely resoled. They even glued back the bridge part of my shoe as the rubber was peeling. Process was hassle free and it took around 4 weeks for my shoes to be ready for collection.

Not easy to find a cobbler these days so this is my go-to. Prices are reasonable for the usual heel repairs - don't expect too much for prompt customer service if all the handymen at the shop are in the middle of repairs. Fast repair if they have the time to do so. For this particular pair, the cobbler took the time to set expectations, for example the heel may be a little higher than the rest of the sole, the base may crack etc, which I appreciate, and ready for collection the next day.

Hello.. I’ve a phone sling leather bag which is compact & it’s very useful to me. But when the button spoilt & I can’t close the bag, it’s really such a waste.
I went to Nex Shoe & Bags repair shop at 4th floor & was served by a Malay guy. He change a suitable button & sling bag is as good as new. I also made 1 set of room keys. I came home tested it & it work perfectly.

My fav shoe soil came out and i asked three four mister mint and shoe repair shops in orchard and all cannot fix it.
Brought it to this store and honestly didnt expect such a good job.
