The ordering system was great and fast, the counter crew was prompt in taking down orders. The food was also served efficiently where our order number was called pretty quickly. Was there to celebrate my birthday 😎😋. The chicken was so authentic and the ramyeon was delicious. I encountered the experience where I left my bag with wallet and card inside at the store the previous day. But, thankfully, the service crew kept my bag safely in the cabinet till the next day. Really grateful to them! 😀🙏 Definitely recommend this outlet!

- You MUST secure a table first (via a separate queue at the seating area) before ordering your food at the front counter. There's obvious signage for this at the front counter area, i.e. it's possible that an incoming customer reaches the shopfront, joins the food order queue first, before realising that he needs to secure the table first.
- Securing the table first also means that some teens we saw placed their handbags/ phones on the table and left them unguarded as they went to the order counter to look at the menu and place their orders. This is unsafe for their belongings.
- Ordering has to be at counter. There's no automated kiosk. Because of the various dish options possible, each customer than takes quite a bit of time, causing the queue to be quite long.
- Seating is very limited - there's only 3 x 4-seater tables, 6 x 2-seater tables. The 4-seaters are also very tight.
- The chicken/burgers are way too salty. The chicken sauce is directly drizzled copiously onto the chicken (we ordered boneless), making the crunchy skin become soggy quickly. The sauce should have been served on the side instead. There was also so much mustard in the Bulgogi Beef Burger soaking through the buns that my wife had to abandon the burger after 1 bite. In the end, she went to ask if there can be a refund/exchange of the burger. The front staff only offered new replacement buns, which didn't come for a good 10 min. Nor did they give specific instructions on how the replacement bun is coming. My wife had to go to the front counter herself to remind them abt it and get it herself eventually.
- There are many many food delivery orders, and they're displayed on the LED screen so that everyone knows your queue sequence/ priority. Perhaps ordering delivery is the better way to eat Jinjja Chicken?
- Food portions is ok, but prices are quite steep. The Student Meal Deal ($7.50 for main+fries+drink) is a good deal but only from 11am to 6pm.
- The "Add $2.40 to get a Fries and Drink" deal is somewhat of a scam. Seems to only apply to soft drinks. If you want the Yuzu/ Yuzu Soda, you need to add a FURTHER 60 cents.

- The food was great and tasted good. This exceeded my expectations as I imagined it would be like fast food.
- However it was a bit expensive given it was set out like a fast food outlet (hence 4/5).
- The tables were not entirely clean (reason for 4/5 rating).

Tried their 12-piece fried chicken since they’re running a $10 anniversary promo, which is a pretty good deal. The chicken was nicely battered and crispy, but they went overboard with the sauces. It got a bit too savoury, especially without a drink to balance it out. Would’ve been better if they just drizzled some sauce and left the rest on the side.
One thing that could use improvement is the ordering process - it wasn’t clear that you need to find a seat before ordering. I asked one of the staff about it, and she seemed pretty uninterested in helping out, which was a bit off-putting. On the bright side, the food came out fast.
Overall, definitely worth it with the promo going on, but there’s room to improve, especially in terms of service and clarity.

The chicken portion was smaller than expected, but overall the food was good. The bulgogi beef rice rolls were quite tasty. However, I found the chicken in the yuzu chicken salad a bit too salty. Thankfully, the yuzu sauce helped balance out the saltiness.

Food is great, I will definitely eat there again.
Seats - limited, waited about 15 mins to get a seat
Ambience - the location is warm. My friend and I were perspiring a bit even though we were not eating spicy food. Not sure if they have their own AC or relying from mall’s AC 😅

The fried chicken is flavorful 🍗✨, and the sauce is good. The kimbap is big and worth trying. Their kimchi is okay still nice on the side 🤔

Lost count of how many times we’ve been at Jinjja NEX outlet. The fried chicken and kimbap are all good and highly recommended! But the underrated favorite: the tofu or chicken bibimsalad. Super value for money! It’s only $7.90 in a world where salad costs $15++
