Bad experience in the shop, wanted to get a screen protector for my phone, lady went in to check and just asked me for my phone. When I asked how much she said wait and proceeded to paste it on without even asking if I wanted to proceed. Had a shock at the overpriced screen protector when I saw it at another shop for 1/3 of their price. Be cautious when dealing with them.

Bought a powerbank. Reached home, realized they recorded it as “Humidifier”, and there’s a “warranty” that accompanies the invoice (but on wrong recorded item). Tried to call their 1 & only listed mobile no., but seems like it’s uncontactable. Do be careful.

Bought an arcade game set as a gift but one of the button not working so we send it down the next day and the staff said will fix it while we go for lunch. When we came back,she told us is fixed when I asked,but to my dismay,when we reached home after carrying the machine,the screen protector not there and also the sound not working at all. So we went to the shop to us but the staff kept giving excuses ,like they thought we are in a hurry so they gave us their display set instead. Then when we said it's dishonesty, they said the game set needed a few days to repair so they gave us a display set. Their number on reciept is a fake one. I told them if their boss don contact us to handle, I will report them as scammers and call police. The lady got defensive and no choice get their boss to call us.
The boss on the other hand is fast to admit that his staff is at fault and even arrange someone to come to our house to do 1 for 1 exchange. The recovery service of the boss is acceptable but the staff members at the shop is just terrible. Will never visit there again unless they improve their service.

The worst service in all of singapore. Hunted down my teenage son as he was with me and rolled her eyes the entire time as he looked at items saying out loud all teenage boys are thieves. we tried to pleasantly shop. Do NOT shop here.

I was nicely asking the staff regarding the game last time I buy some time ago.... she ate her ice cream like super annoyed with that annoying vibe to customer not professional... never see service line people like this cannot make it before... not surprised no business ... last time I remember the service staff are much more professional and helpful regarding any matter.. most lousy staff of the year goes to her 👏

All the items can be found cheaper online it's a trick to indicate the 'actual price' and 'now'. The foreign lady was eating while setting up my tablet at Causeway Point outlet which left a stain on my tablet screen.
