Was served by Mr Zen Last week when I enquire abt the new huawei watch fit 3. I'm Very impress by his cust service when he took time to explain to me abt the watch functions & comparisons with the other watches. I'm beginning to like huawei products more now!

I bought 6pro and watch earphones on 9/7. The staff, Sky & Zen, explained how the phone can work and taught me how to use it. They were patient and waited for our questions to explain one by one. They were very kind.praise their services

Thank you so much Anna and Zen for helping me with my Huawei P60. You helped me out of very sticky situations of not having Google etc apps. APK app unfortunately couldn't deliver all the time. Huawei remain my favourite phone. Anna and Zen are simply awesome. Patient, understanding and very service oriented. I bought a hwawei watch for other outlet, and I encounter some issues on the settings and I have gone to Hwawei store at Nex. I just ask if he would help me do some settings on the watch and without any reserve he told me that they don't do any settings and ask if I am buying any products from this store. What kindly of service is this??? I will never come back to this store again 😔 Thanks
