Not the one that like to give review. But this lady in the store is just hack care. Went to the shop for 10 mins. She just sit at the counter chatting on the phone and didn’t even say a simple hi or whatever. I don need you to serve me but at least have a basic manner. I came here on 30 July , 4.30pm. If you can’t even greet or whatever, this job don’t suit you.

Visited the Huawei Concept Store at NEX. The store was alright, but the staff didn’t approach unless you initiated the conversation. While you can explore some Huawei products here, the selection isn’t as extensive as the 313 Somerset store, which has a wider range available.

Do not buy third party Huawei products here. I brought a tempered glass screen protector for my phone here paying three times the normal amount, thinking its a premium to pay for better quality products. However it crack after less than 2 weeks by itself. I did not even do anything rough with my phone the whole while. The broke glass even cuts my finger. When I went back to sort out the issue, I was told it was not covered under any warranty. Tough luck. I'll not get product from here again.

It s a shop. Huawei phone holder don't expect them to let u charge your huawei phone if your phone s running very low in battery

The counter staff are in their own world . It's basically a take your own and pay. So sad good items but a bad buying experience. The big guy looks intimidating. Just take, pay and walk away. Hahaha sure why they have a concept stall. They are more like security guards to watch over the staff.

I bought a hwawei watch for other outlet, and I encounter some issues on the settings and I have gone to Hwawei store at Nex. I just ask if he would help me do some settings on the watch and without any reserve he told me that they don't do any settings and ask if I am buying any products from this store. What kindly of service is this??? I will never come back to this store again 😔 Thanks

I had the pleasure of visiting the HUAWEI Nex shop recently, and i am beyond impressed with the level of service provided by Zen and Jason. From the moment i stepped in, they were welcoming and friendly. Both Zen and Jason demonstrated an expectation knowledge of all the products, taking time to walk me through the different models and features i was interested in. They weren't just trying to sell me anything- they genuinely wanted to make sure i was getting the right product for my needs. it was clear that they had a deep understanding of the technology behind each device and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand, even the more technical ones. What stood out most was their patience. I had a few questions and wasn't entirely sure what i was looking for, but Zen and Jason never rushed me. They took the time to explain things thoroughly and ensured i was comfortable with my decision before making a purchase. Thumb up for their amazing customer services !

Went to check on phone yesterday as planning to change one, while looking the model P60 at Huawei a friendly staff (Zen) came to ask if i needed help, told him i just browsing and he did not follow me after and also told me if any help he will just be around, you know when sometimes you really just wanted to browse around without the staff kept following and promoting to you (feeling stress and uneasy)! Zen was patiently waiting aside and observing every customers in the shop he is alert to answer other customers questions and also educated them on the products their interested in, after seeing him being this patient i raise my first question and he help me with it and i wasn't planning to buy actually as i just wanted to have a look to know more about the product P60 so i told him i won't be getting it today. He laugh and told me he understand and say even i don't buy he just wanted me to know the difference between P60 and other phones so i won't be so lost while choosing between different phones, and I am very impressed by his product knowledge to be honest he is not just professional in own brand Huawei but other brands he can even state out their good and bad too for me to do compared, I'm surprise and he served me for nearly 1 hour plus i guess as i kept asking more and more questions haha ended up without hesitate i brought my dream phone yesterday! really thanks for his patient and really professional staff in Huawei!! Look for Zen if you wanted to purchase any tablet or phones from Huawei at NEX! Highly recommended staff here!!

Went to visit the Huawei store at Nex today as I intend to change my phone and was looking around. I was impressed by the staff, as they had very good attitude and were friendly towards me and my dad. The 2 staff Zen and Klyde were patient in demonstrating their new model, Pura 70 to me, and even though I said that I would think before buying, they were still helpful in answering my questions and demonstrating the specs of the phone. When there were more customers entering, Klyde also politely told me that he is going to attend to the next customer. They provided good service even though I have not purchased from them yet.
