H&M is a great place to shop! The staff are really kind and helpful, and the service is super quick. I was honestly surprised by how many different styles and options they have – there’s something for everyone. Overall, a really nice experience!

I am very impressed by the cashier staff, ST. He is really courteous, efficient and manning a few clients at the same time while the latter keying in their membership details. Cheers for a happy staff like me making shopping a pleasant affair.

Last night I shop there. Took 2 tops. I like both but the other one got makeup stain on I and it’s the only last size for me. Went to cashier for payment. During payment I change my mind coz I afraid I can’t remove the stain on the tops. I told him I don’t want it. He show me attitude by inhale so heavily and gave my shooping bags with rude and never say anything when I thanks him. I mean he is an employee not the owner of the SHOP! He didn’t lost anything’s either I’m buying or not! He is the one with dye blonde hair

Unhelpful staff. Asked about the price display and price on tag are different, then the staff ask me to ask in the cashier. Omg very rude answer . This is your job to assist the customer why you passing your job to the customer. Kids section, july 9 in the evening. I don’t know her name but she’s a small lady.

Encountered several v friendly and helpful staffs at the payment counter at nex outlet . On 7 June , irfan and ST were there to assist in my purchase . Efficient and patient with enquiries and payments. Great shopping experience.

NEX stores seriously needs more cashier counters It’s always 1 staff at the counter, leading to long Q and wait and especially with customer doing new memberships sign up, the wait is even longer.

Staff is most friendly. The layout is very well thought out and it carries probably the best sellers without the excess 'baggage' of less popular selection. Still well stocked.
