Last night I shop there. Took 2 tops. I like both but the other one got makeup stain on I and it’s the only last size for me.
Went to cashier for payment. During payment I change my mind coz I afraid I can’t remove the stain on the tops.
I told him I don’t want it. He show me attitude by inhale so heavily and gave my shooping bags with rude and never say anything when I thanks him.
I mean he is an employee not the owner of the SHOP! He didn’t lost anything’s either I’m buying or not!

Unhelpful staff. Asked about the price display and price on tag are different, then the staff ask me to ask in the cashier. Omg very rude answer . This is your job to assist the customer why you passing your job to the customer. Kids section, july 9 in the evening. I don’t know her name but she’s a small lady.

NEX stores seriously needs more cashier counters It’s always 1 staff at the counter, leading to long Q and wait and especially with customer doing new memberships sign up, the wait is even longer.

Very bad experience. As I saw no one queueing for payment, I just stood at the counter near the sales person was standing. But he preferred to look elsewhere and when people started coming for payment. He serves others rather than me who has been standing at the counter, wondering if he sees me or not. Sadly, the queue was long. So I just put back the items as i never encountered this experience before. Will never come back to this store again

We tried the outfits which was good looking and we would recommend going here for the fashion as they are kinda up to trend uhhh by trend I mean like millennial trend idk fashion so...
