Great shop not only for young people but also for young at hearts. They got a lot of board games here that can play with friends. Party props and great gift ideas available here. Thanks for nice customer service.

Compare this shop’s wrapping paper price with what you can find at a neighbourhood shop (my attached photo). I paid $14.40 for a box, one wrapping paper and their gift wrapping service.

Really impressed with their range of offerings. A perfect one stop shop for all things gifts, toys, wrappers, stationeries and figurines. Their quality is there as well and goods are always well stocked. You can expect to find some unique designs for gift cards for any occasions. Prices are rather reasonable too. It’s just within NEX, above Serangoon MRT.

Disappointed to the supervisor, very bad shopping experience, the blind box only left three on the shelf, she doesn't want to top up for us, and even talked to us in a rude way! She hv a green hair, very disappointing experience! Lucky other staff was helpful. Pls do something to her!

This shop is a Wowwww. Lots of gift toys for kids. They have a good collection of many toys. Wide collection of greetings cards for all occasions. Best prices too.

Today I bought a box from them, intending to do up my own diy hamper. After I got all the ingredients, I thought to have it wrapped.. so I headed back to Gift Greetings. Actually when I was in the store, they even gave me some space to assemble the hamper when I asked 😅 Then when I asked if I can have the hamper plastic wrapped, Liyun attended to me and without hesitation said yes. Then I got two rolls of clear plastic wrap and Liyun with a smile, proceeded to meticulously wrap the hamper.. it was done very fast and with so much care!! She even added a nice ribbon for me at the top! I was so impressed. The hamper turned out to be exactly what I wanted it to look like. Just look at the pictures! Special thanks to Liyun for providing great customer service. She never said no, but she was eager to help. This is so rarely seen in customer service nowadays. Kudos to her and the team for welcoming me! Will surely come back for gift wrapping solutions! Love it.

An awesome Place to shop for Presents. It has a wide spectrum of pusheen selection. However the only bad thing about this outlet is that they have limited stocks thus Pusheen runs out very fast. Solution? fastest fingers first. Do not let the opportunity slip.

Super horrible staff they have. not helpful and rude. totally not professional. When ask to assist as I lost my things in the store, the staff on shift despite of assisting they just brush me off and tell me I can call the police. when I call police, the staff close the store and tell me to tell the police to come back tml cos she want to go home. Cant even stay behind for 10mins.
