Very happy with the services of the staff, especially to Li Yun. Bought a toy from another outlet and found it faulty. So brought back to this Nex outlet to do an exchange. She's very friendly and helpful with the process & follow up of the exchange. Really appreciate for her good working attitude. Well done!

Horrible HORRIBLE services for Helium Balloons. On 2 separate occasions - one for a gender reveal box and one for a simple purchase of 5 Helium filled balloons, within 3 hours the balloons died and became significantly smaller in size. One of the balloons even burst. I agree the store has great product collection for gifts, wrapping paper, and gift bags - but for services, I will give a big fat Zero.

TT i dont usually see this girl at the cashier but she came around and talked to me about my sanrio popmart while i was waiting to pay and she was so sweet!! im sorry i clammed up and was a bit quiet, i didnt expect to talk to ppl LOL but if yk who u are!! you're super cute and tysm girlie :3 brightened up my christmas ✨️ -kuromi fan

There is fundamentally something wrong with the female staff at Gifts Greetings, Serangoon Nex. They follow us customers like we are thieves & make us feel so uncomfortable. We are paying customers, you think you are giving us blind boxes for free? Either you guys do something about your people at Serangoon Nex or good luck, I have a few friends who told me about their experience there. Disgusting.

Really great place to buy gifts! Or Collectibles that are hard to get, though, the Funko Pop boxes are sometimes dented and the Funko Pop figure has a little paint chipped off, though I assume is normal, other than that, really great shop! Even if your just browsing through!
