Been to the store, customer service was bad. Items were not in stock, no sizing, was told to order online. Don't see the purpose of a physical store.
Back to the purpose of this review.
Made a purchase on shopee, seller sent the wrong colour. Was told to do a return and make the purchase again. Don't see why I should go through all the trouble when I didn't make the mistake. Seller then proceeded to tell me that I should watch their live cause the item I bought was cheaper on their live.
May I ask if you are trying to do service recovery or trying to promote your items on live? You mess up and made a mistake, instead of rectifying it like perhaps giving a coupon or voucher to match your live price, you ask your customer which has to go through so much trouble to return your item cause of your mistake to go watch your live and make the purchase again?
I scratch my head in wonder of such customer service.
Really such a waste of time over the weekend to do this crap.

22 Sep 2024 around 8.20pm, I mentioned to a staff that it is not stated in the price tag that the item is already discounted (according to the staff the usual price is $49) and is not subject to the store discount on regular item. But your staff rebuffed me in Chinese saying that this how a BIG company usually works , people like me who doesn't know is common( what kind of people she is taking about ?) and is my mistake for not asking (okay fair enough my mistake). And when I ask for a refund , she said to me “already bought and cannot refund” ( tho I made the payment less than 2 mins ). She then said to me that is my fault for not asking about item before making payment and should just accept it for no refund. After making further comments why this is my fault, she realized that I am serious about the refund , she then checked with her supervisor and gave me the refund.

I just went into the Funfit at Nex and had one of the worst customer service of my life. I had entered the store as I was looking for swimsuit for my upcoming trip. I was browsing swimsuits for myself and took 2 pieces. I did see a changing room but out of courtesy towards the sales lady who was staring at me, I asked her if I could try the swimsuits. She replied me (muttering under her breath without looking at me) saying 不可以试玩. I was quite shocked at her response so I looked at her (hoping to get some eye contact to ascertain if i had heard wrongly) and asked again. She said again (with a very sarcastic look and tone) that MOST people try for fun so cannot try if not intending to buy. At this point I really felt the situation was so ridiculous, I told her if I'm not interested in buying I would not enter the store. Honestly trying on swimsuits is so troublesome! Why would people want to try for fun? If people try and don't want to buy, it must be because it doesn't fit them well? Why have so many changing rooms if don't allow people to try? I think this staff needs retraining or a good talking to - she clearly doesn't know that she's there to service potential customers. Anyway, because she showed me a black face after I told her that I'm not in her shop to try for fun, I hung back the swimsuits on the hanger and left. Terrible service!!

I bought the junior swimsuit for my nephew for his birthday and he was very happy with the design and couldn't stop showing it off! The material was very soft which is great for my nephew who has sensitive skin.
I also want to compliment the staff as she was very helpful in directing me to a size to purchase as I didn't have him around to try on the item. The swimsuit ended up fitting really well! Great thanks to the staff :)

My shopping experience at Funfit was excellent, especially due to the assistant Mei Mei for her patience and professionalism. She helped me find the right size of swimming clothes and enthusiastically suggested for me to try different styles. I tried on several different swimsuits, and she did not show a single hint of impatience, but actively provided more suggestions to help me figure out which design would suit me best. Her attitude towards me was very welcoming and appreciated. I will come here again to buy swimwear in the future!

I usually don’t bother writing reviews but felt compelled to do so this time. Visited the Nex store today (18/10 2pm+)and the middle aged chinese lady was so rude. Tried only 1 design of swimwear (she gave me two sizes) and when I returned her she asked if I really needed to buy a swimsuit or just trying. Mind you, I didn’t even try multiple pieces or for a long time. Saw several other reviews with similar experiences. Looks like management doesn’t really bother despite saying they will look into it. Totally turned off and will not step it again.

Went to look for long sleeve rashguard with UPF protection. The service personnel, Than Than, was very helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She knows exactly what size will fit me well. She recommended me to try both the pull-over the head & and the zip front styles to have a feel of what it is like. There is also 20% discount off the listing price. She packaged the new rashguard (not from the display rack) nicely in a zipper bag. Highly recommended to shop there!

Recently bought the Aria Lounge Joggers. Happy with the good service given, the staff were very knowledgeable. Regarding the pants, it is very breathable making it comfortable to wear! Will be back to buy again :)

I usually don't do reviews but this is a must, I do not one anyone to experience what my mom and I went through.
On 26.10.24 around 1pm my mom and I entered the shop to browse with the intention to buy. I selected a long sleeved top (L and XL) and a long pants (XL) to try. While I was trying it on my mom was looking at the other designs outside to see which top would look nice. The long pants was perfect, and it was super comfortable.
While my mom brought me another top with blue stripes to try, I was deciding whether to just take the L size or take the XL size and try too. then the staff said in chinese "if you're not intending to buy, you just try the L size first" hello red flag already?? I mean like if you're selling clothing items in a shop like this obviously there'll be people trying multiple to buy the right one? so my mom and I were visibly upset but I told my mom to close one eye cause I really liked the design of the top and I went to tried the XL size and I really liked it.
Uk singaporeans being singaporeans, we tend to compare items from different shops before buying. So I told the staff I will be back later. She immediately said "what's the point of you trying so many when you're not even buying it?" in a rude tone. This is my first time experiencing terrible customer service in this mall. My mom and I were both shocked, and we told her that she should say that. She then started shouting "What did I say? What did I say?" in chinese multiple times. She then started raising her voice at us again, saying something about us as consumers should just make up our minds to buy things. Like bro are you fr?? you telling me you only try clothes once and then buy it afterwards? 😭 The thought of buying from this store immediately disappeared. I was low-key a bit scared cause the lady was shouting quite loudly, so I brought my mom away from the shop.
After the incident, It's quite disappointing that the management isn't doing anything about her (refer to the lady in the picture) as this already happened to quite a few customers according to the reviews I have read online. Dear shoppers, do your shopping at Sun Paradise instead as the staff there are super friendly and helpful. We brought 3 swimwear from their shop 🤩
