I want to applaud the customer service of funfit online platform. I bought a few items online and one of the swimwear was not fitting to me. I emailed the customer service and they were very prompt in their reply and offered excellent post service. I want to comment good work on their office hq staff. Thank you.

I just bought swimming goggles two weeks ago and suddenly found some issue . Update - Thank you Fun Fit for the prompt reply to my email as well as your commitment to send a replacement goggles to my house. I really appreciate your excellent customer service. Update - We have received the replacement goggles. Thank you again for the prompt response.

Quality and bright swim wear. After two days in the pool under the sun, no tan at all! The SPF 50 protects my girl skin. *Get a size or 2 bigger for comfort and to wear as a outer jacket

The first top I tried did not come with a bottom, so I took a high waist pants to match it. The 2nd came in a set which I needed to try to make sure the bottom can fit me too. But your staff rebuffed me for even bothering to try when the design is similar to the first one I tried although pattern is different. Well the bottoms are different too. I’m not sure why I am being stopped for even trying on a 2nd set. I was going to buy a swim wear but wanted to make sure the 2 piece set that I choose is something I like. Was that so wrong? My first time encountering a staff who shown such reluctance in helping a customer. I can only say I suppose she is too eager to close shop since I walked in at 9.10pm only.
