The bread and cakes are good, but if you go there on weekends when it is busy, be careful. The cashier counter is manned by two young ladies: one packing the buns, one collecting payment. If you notice that the one packing the buns is looking down and ignoring the customers, remember to double-check your purchase. She will robotically shove a bag of buns at you without checking if it is the correct customer. I went home with the buns belonging to the guy queueing in front of me. I wonder how many bags she mixed up during her shift that day.

Staff was rude like she kept the receipt with the buns in a small shopping bag. Because later I found the bill was overcharged by additional buns which I didn't buy at all. Be careful when you buy more items. They simply add extras, which you will never able to spot unless counted buns in bill. So they keep the bill inside down at the bag, so we will not check immediately. NEX four leave needs a change of staffs.

Some of the counter staff should be better trained in basic customer service. I was paying with paywave and maybe took about 15s to log in and was just ignored for the next customer. I had to ask where to scan for payment and wordlessly the cashier just held up the device and then wordlessly handed me the receipt. Not even a simple 'thank you' to the customer?

The last time I bought from Four Leave was many months ago.
Everytime faced very bad experience!
Rude cashier! They always "act" to do fast & busy!
Almost all the outlets staff have the same attitude!
Today, I bought 2 bread which cost $2.70 each! Paid by pay wave.
I didn't check, just pay & leave!
After reach home, then I noticed $7 was being charged!! Supposed to be $5.40!

Bought a cake there on 23rd November and came home to find there is mold on the cake. Called the outlet up and they said I'll have to bring the cake back for an exchange... Which is such a hassle. Staff should have let customer check the cake before leaving the store. Very upset and disappointed

My mother likes the bread here very much. But she encountered something unpleasant recently. One time, she saw a fly in the bread cupboard and kindly reminded an employee named Miko. As a result, the salesperson rolled his eyes at her. My mother also said that she didn't know why such a big company hired a salesperson with tattoos all over his hands and wearing rings and earrings? Don't they know that people who work with food are not allowed to wear jewelry? Or do your company employees not take hygiene classes? I will file a complaint with the Ministry of Health about your company.

My recent visit left much to be desired. Despite being the second customer in line, the staff seemed more preoccupied with accommodating others who arrived later. There was a clear lack of communication between the team members, as they failed to acknowledge my rightful place in line, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.
Moreover, when I inquired about a specific cake for my sister's birthday, I was informed it was unavailable, only to witness another staff member retrieving it moments after I had already made a purchase. This blatant oversight not only inconvenienced me but also displayed a disregard for customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, the handling of transactions was inconsistent, as I was left waiting without being offered a receipt, unlike the first customer who was promptly asked. This lack of attention to detail reflects poorly on the management and training of the staff.
While the service was polite on the surface, the overall experience was marred by incompetence and inefficiency. It's disappointing to see such a renowned establishment fail to meet basic standards of customer service and queue management.
If they were going to make me wait so long, they could have upright told me if i was willing to wait for the smaller size blackforest cake. Told me don’t have, let others cut my queue and make me wait again for simple things like receipt cos she threw away. Waste of time which company won’t even contact customer to apologise.

Staff want the q go fast but didn’t double check the items, in the end cashier overcharged customer. I think four leaves have to retrain the staff that four leaves not a fast food shop, no need rushing customer for make fast payment without double check

Four Leaves is one of my recent favourite hidden gems for buying ready-made bread. Aside from other relatively well-known brands, I was surprised by the long queue whenever I buy it here. So, I decided to try it one day, and I love the flavourful bread compared to others in the neighbourhood.

Their strawberry shortcake is better than the Japanese version of the cake $5.10 from chateraise at novena. And at $3.80 it's a good deal.
