Good variety of food and I have a few favourites there eg what the fish. Glad that the renovated food court has king of grouper now too.

Place is overly cramped, a lot of tables and chairs and very narrow path for people to walk.
Peak hours is fully packed, there are alot of people constantly walking, and they consolidate the utensils into a few corner, the utensils are not clean because of the constantly movements, super poorly designed place.
If you order a lot of food most likely you’ll have to hover the tray across someone’s head, there is a risk of knocking into someone.
Peak hours food manager is not around, there are people touting and selling key chains.
Some of the stores have foot stickers telling people how to queue, but the store workers tell you to queue another way instead.

I always order kaya toast set at food junction but today i was extremely disappointed. Firstly the toast is chewy instead of crispy, the egg is overcooked but not hot/ warm at all(maybe its leftover from yst), the drink was super diluted and not even filled to the top?? if im paying extra for the Large then at least fill it ?? Horrible experience

I went to FJ at Nex numerous times for meals. I'm actually quite dissatisfied and disappointed with the drink stall after the recent CNY renovation. Please see as follows:
1) Less manpower to manage
2) Always don't have this and that
3) Sometimes or mostly foods taste like shit
4) Please don't sell that item if you don't have the manpower to do it
5) I can see mostly only 2 person manning the counter whereby you need to fulfill the peak periods with flows of customers coming in which I think that is totally unacceptable. There's still a lot more to says but I can't possibly put it all here......
Lastly I hope that the management will improvise and put in more manpower to manage the drinks counter stall and also the standards of the food and services as well

Is a crowded Sunday in the evening, first time try the What The Fish stall #14 at level 4 food junction of Nex mall. To my disappointment we ordered the $19.80 grouper n written there were 20pct off for merdeka generation. My aunt ordered n paid n after went collect saw the tray if fish with one small piece of fish n some condiments. So I ask why is that so n the guy said I ordered small one $12.80 is like that n I said we ordered $19.80. At last found the receipt which he says he ordered for us $15.80 instead n after 20pct less is $12.80 that he collected. So he says $12.80 is for a piece of fish only. I really doesn't want to argue further as I feel being cheated n 20pct off is to cheat elderly people. Even if $12.80 is very expensive n totally not worth it n is like daylight robbery.Look at picture I upload to judge for urself. That will be the first n last I patronised this stall n becareful when u order from this stall.
