The product is premium with a modern store setup and a solid marketing strategy. However, the customer service is far from premium. The staff displayed a poor attitude when dealing with me. It's unfortunate that the final touchpoint failed so badly for Famous Amos. 😕🙄🤦‍♂️

Bad service. Every question i asked, was answered with a very rude tone. Like i owe her money. I was very confused. I think if she is not happy, she should try to find other opportunity. She is making people confused and some people might get upset about her attitude. I hope she knows that she shouldnt project her negative emotional on other people. It will only look bad on herself.

We all know the cookies are good but the service at this outlet is very subpar. Felt like she is buying cookies from me!

2 Malay girl.both not wearing gloves while trying to pour out yhe cookies from the tray into another plastic bag. And their working attitude was v unhappy, banging loud with the tray? What happened? Are they force to work or salary not pay ?

Update: famous amos contacted me and offered a new bag as well as to check on the cookies from the branch. Appreciate it! - I love famous amos but this branch falls short of quality and standards. I don't know what they are up to in falling short of consistency: cutting costs, being slack in something I cannot figure out. The cookies I got had a foul taste of staleness and I had to stop and consider several times. There was also a strand of hair in the bag. Hmm? Staff seem ok, not an issue of their service attitude at the store but these are terrible cookies. For $6.80. 100g. Clowning

Used to be good. Now the chocolate chip cookies are dark brown and chocolate chips melted everywhere in the bag. See the freshly bought bag od cookies: can see the melted stains from outside the bag.

The customer service is really bad. Seems like she got no patience when answering my questions. I only ask her can I mix flavors and she’s like pointing out two to the cookies. Then I ask her how much is 100g, she impatiently put two different flavor on the weight and look at me. Cant believe a bag of 6.8 sgd cookie can have this kind of service. Hope you can improve.

This new cream cheese cookie, the best, love the texture and taste. Can go for more, should've bought a few before going on my vacation 😭😭😭
