Loved the service level at this Nex branch as our needs were well taken care of especially by Kelvin. Good and excellent service! Importantly by his patience and product knowledge was super. Always offer to clean our specs too! His attention to details and warm attitude really stood out which made both me and my husband very comfortable with him. We trusted his professional advise. This is probably one of the best optician shop in Singapore. I’ve made a couple of lens with them and had the pleasure of meeting Kelvin and Cecily whom were both very knowledgeable about the Carl Zeiss portfolio of lens and how it can benefit the wearer. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for the best vision to drop by the shop and approach the two staff mentioned above

Kelvin and Hui Xuan were really helpful with my first foray into progressive lenses. Very impressed with the knowledge and the service. There was also a proper handover of a request I had made regarding my purchase and there was no need for me to repeat myself or ask any follow-up questions when I picked up the glasses.
