Needed to get my glasses fixed as there was the screw broke in the socket. The staff member, Jaserie, was extremely helpful and got it sorted within a matter of minutes. Excellent service with a smile and also reasonable in price

This is my second time coming to get glasses. The first experience was great. This time the attitude when buying the glasses was completely different from when picking them up. It was obvious the sales commission had already been secured — the male staff member who handed over the glasses was clearly impatient and indifferent.
