The doctors and receptionists are very friendly, but the internal management seems messy. I made a appointment last Saturday for today at 12pm, been told try to come early. I though the doctor might need have lunch not too late, so I tried to left work earlier. but I almost waited half an hour until 12.07pm still not my turn.as I knew they let someone walk in before my turn..I am totally understand the time cant be precise ,so dont tell me come earlier as I only have 1hour for lunch break!! finally I had to go back to work without seeing doctor.

As for the counter staff, these ladies are very nice and patient to us as well. I know some people do encounter some bad experiences from time to time, but please try to understand and be kind as they are human as well. They do have busy periods and are already trying their best to help us see the doctor as soon as possible.

Physician Vong U Chan is a caring and competent doctor whose medicine and approach to customise each round of medication have helped me to tackle my sinus, heatiness and also more recently my sandfly bite allergic reaction. I initially didnt want to see any doctor, thinking the bites will heal on their own, but the bite marks spread all over my body within a week. Despite seeing a GP, the bites remained itchy and obvious. Physician Vong managed to prescribe a few rounds of medication that helped the bites to stop spreading, heal and eventually there were no scars. Really grateful to receive treatment from her, and will know who to find when I have other health issues in the future.
