It started out well but service standards have dropped quite significantly & prices become more expensive. The main dissatisfaction I have is on the appointment booking which is always challenging to book. The last time I visit the salon and wanted to book for 2 months later but was told by the staff that appointment slots not released. And once it’s released, it seems almost impossible to book. I don’t think I will ever want to continue with Erabelle after I utilised my package. There are way many providers that can provide better service.

I have visited various Erabelle outlet throughout the years. They have been very consistent in providing good service and product and after facial service. Room for improvement for Isetan outlet, will be delightful if they can replace desserts with other pastry or snacks since they can't serve their usual hot dessert at the outlet.

Tried different facial places across the years and erabelle has been the most comfortable one for me. They do testing of your skin prior to treatment every session before suggesting a treatment that your skin needs that day.
Li qian has been outstanding and dedicated. Even after the session, she gave tips on how i can better my skincare routine that is suitable for my skin (and it was really helpful!!) I’d like to express my appreciation for her friendly service.

Was struggling with very dry skin and allergy due to my medical treatment. I decided to try out the facial at Erabelle as none of my moisturiser and cream seems to work. Was put under the care of LiQian who did a skin analysis on me and recommended me the treatment targeted at my concerns. My skin showed marked improvement after the first session. I’ve since done a few more facials with LiQian and is very satisfied. My skin looks more radiant and moisturised. LiQian will do a skin analysis before every treatment and concentrate on the areas that needs more attention. She kept me informed about the products she’s using on me, its benefits and for what purpose. The salon at Isetan Nex Mall is very quiet and I find the ambience to be very relaxing.
