Came here twice already, and both times, I came quite near closing time (sorry!), but the service was still great, and I didn't feel like they were trying to hurry the service so they can close shop on time. I'm satisfied with my haircuts and will definitely come again!

Had horrible experience today at Ec house. One of the guy misplaced his card and this lady in dyed hair accused me for not paying at the middle of session without checking.she is the rudest barber I have ever met. She literally stopped cutting and kept asking me where did I get ticket from. That ticket fell from sky in my pocket dump head. Why would someone lie over $14. When they found out that I pay for my hair cut she even didn’t have gut to say sorry. These kind of actions are so unacceptable. Didn’t want any drama at that time so just left that place. If I had to rate you from 1-5 I would give you minus.

Very bad experience with the rude and arrogant hair stylist Sally Pang. She answer your request very Rudely as if you cannot even ask any question. The management investigate such bad attitude before everyone runs away to K Cut which has better service !

This was my first time trying out this shop offering this sort of hair trimming services. I paid only $12 via a machine and waited 5 mins to be served. The attention to detail, cleanliness and standard of hygiene were impressive as was the efficiency in shop design. Great service (for a trim) and professionalism. I liked that they didn't try to sell me anything or suck me into small talk. Wonderful and relaxing experience - For people who, like me, prefers quick, efficient and well-functioning service and none of that time-wasting extraneous stuff. Good job!

The staff were so polite and patient. Samantha understood that my kid was scared of the hair cut and managed to cut it smoothly. Appreciate it.
