Tommy Chan is a very good hairstylist. He is our family go-to hairstylist for many years. He is very friendly and most importantly treats your hair with care. He is very skilful and gentle with the hair trimming; you will not feel any 'pulling or plucking'.

tommy chan, horrible job, cut all my hair away, cannot even listen to instructions. i say don’t touch length like 5 times this dog still go and cut. afterwards, i say cut layer then look so choppy and ugly like bricks. i say 5 times trim fringe, then this dog still say “btw, ur fringe only can trim ah” like nvr listen at all, he so smelly also smell like fish market. dont ever ever ever ever cut ur hair here no matter how simple your request is

Was a bit scared to go to EC house because I had gone there in 2019 and the lady there essentially cut off all my bangs (traumatic), but since it has been years, I decided to give it a shot when QB house was too crowded. Went in and only queued for about 5mins because there was very little queue. My hairdresser was a lady named Sally Pang, and she seemed like she knew what she was doing very well. She wasn’t rushing and even gave me a little tip on how to style my hair to look the way I wanted. Quite happy overall with my hair, so look out for Sally if you go there! Good job EC house :)

Would like to thank hairstylist Marcus Chong who cut my 2 month old baby’s haircut. We requested for a trim (not a shave). He was very fast, gentle and careful when doing the trim. Baby slept though most of the cut. Would recommend to other parents who want a quick and affordable haircut for their child.

the employee named Maggie Wong at Nex completely ruined my hair! bad attitude, unprofessional, cannot even qualify as a hairdresser! i can cut my hair myself and it is better than hers. when i asked for layers, she just took a random batch of my hair very roughly and aggressively and chop off a good 3 inches! my hair is now almost unsaveable and the layers are very uneven.Worst experience ever.

My stylist was amazing, highly recommend Sally- good cut and efficient. EC house's corporate policy is to not allow anyone (including employees) charge their phones. Im boycotting. Terrible corporate policy.

I said cut my fringe a little bit only, he cut so much that I basically had no fringe left and my hair was super short which is not what I said. Never going back here again. And all the hair stylists speaks chinese only? Please try to hire or have them learn basic english.
