I am so thankful for Alan from Dyson Nex, he have been a great sales assistant from the start & I will definitely look for him again for any recommendations of products next time. He is very patient when teaching me how to use the Dyson Airwrap & he introduces each tools very well. I really felt the need to write this review because I am really very happy with the service that I got. He is a sales assistant that will literally give me tips and recommendations on how to style, what to use to style, whether our hair has to be damp or not. Overall a very fulfilling experience & he really allowed me to enjoy my process of buying. Glad that Dyson have a good set of staffs to make our buying journey so memorable, personalised and awesome. The best thing about the dyson airwrap is also that we can use the app to manage the settings that we like & knowing that I am a beginner, Alan suggested to help me set the bluetooth i.d which enables a personalised setting as for how to style my hair. He was quick in his service, no push selling at all & I just hope to get more services like this in the future! Thank you. Really appreciate it!☺️

Spoke to 2 Dyson staff today about the Airstrait and the air purifiers. Both staff were wonderfully knowledgeable about their products and were happy to answer any questions I had. All the reviews about this store is so true! A great experience!

By far the best shopping experience. Was curious about the specs of the v12 vacuum cleaner so me and my partner were discussing about it at the side. It was a weekend so the shop was quite crowded. Was not expected to be served by this young gentleman, Allan Lee. He explained everything to us in detail from the exterior functions to using the products to cleaning the product. He recommended us products that were more suitable for our lifestyle. Felt like I was talking to a friend as he is professional yet honest and friendly. Good explanation and super patient. I did not buy anything that day as I needed some time to consider but he was not pushy/hard selling me at all. Went back a few days later to purchase after I decided on the product that I wanted. Satisfied with the purchase and sales service provided by Allan. Very knowledgeable and well explained.

I had a great experience in Dyson Nex! The staff were very approachable and keen on explaining every question I had. Sir Allan in particular was really nice enough to explain how to use the airwrap that I got. He is really knowledgeable and even gave hair products and explained how to use them. Thank you so much!!
