I would like to sincerely compliment Ms. Davamalar and Mdm Halimah from the Serangoon NEX outlet for their exceptional service. Both of them were incredibly patient and detailed in explaining the products to me and other customers. They also went above and beyond to assist me with the climate voucher process, which I truly appreciated. Their customer service skills are truly top-notch, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They made my visit a smooth and pleasant experience, and I believe they both deserve to be recognised for their dedication and excellent service.

Fantastic experience at Courts NEX. Sofiane me was extremely patient and helpful with my requests. Ms Halimah at the cashier counter was warm and had a pro-customer attitude. I left the store very happy with my purchase.

SARAH, DAMIEN and RIZUAN are the most helpful and wonderful people we have ever come across. They are very knowledgeable about the products and were not pushy in sales. We felt very comfortable walking into the store. The courts outlet has a good range of fridges and we are happy to be the proud owners of our new fridge. Thanks you Sarah, Damien and Rizuan for making this a memorable experience.
