My daughter was at Cotton On Nex to purchase a pair of pants for me about an hour ago. As she was about to leave after making the purchase, your male shop assistant stopped her and accused her of shoplifting because she owned a jacket which she bought from Cotton On at 313@Somerset last month. They took away her belongings and shamed her in public calling her stupid. Is this how the shop assistants are being trained to serve customers? Accuse them of stealing without finding out the truth? We are buying and wearing Cotton On products because we like them. If we are not allowed to use them in public then what is the point of us buying them? If we are not allowed to wear Cotton On products when shopping at Cotton On, perhaps you should specify that at your storefront instead of treating my daughter like a thief when we actually bought your product at full price. Eventually they checked the CCTV and realised that my daughter had it from the moment she entered the shop. However they simply returned her belongings, along with the pair of Cotton On pants which she had bought at full price of $59.99, without a word of apology. Where are your manners? Shame on you!

I purchased some items today but I found out that I was missing an item which is sterling silver plated earrings for $10. So I called the phone number on the receipt and nobody answered the call seven times. I am really disappointed at this kind of service and attitude given to a customer.

Me and my friends were wrongly accused of stealing, which I get fine u have ur suspicions and u searched us but after such an experience and after you found nothing you failed to give us a simple apology. The disrespect is crazy. Btw there were 2 workers.

I encountered an extremely unpleasant experience with a staff member (at around 9pm, wearing a yellow flower tube top) named Erni at Cotton On in Nex Shopping Centre. My mother and I were treated very rudely despite being regular loyal members of Cotton On. When my mom picked up a garment from the top, Erni questioned her in a condescending tone, "Are you the one who took the clothing on the top?".
Later, when I found the clothing unsuitable and my mum tried to return it back to the original place, Erni commanded us rudely in a condescending tone"You return to the fitting room! This one don't return it to me" leaving us astounded by her appalling behavior.
It is disheartening to experience such discourteous behavior, leaving us to question how a company can allow its staff to treat customers with such a lack of consideration and appreciation. As customers who have consistently chosen Cotton On, we never anticipated being on the receiving end of such blatant disregard for basic customer service norms. At least we should be treated with a level of courtesy and respect!

Rude long hair female staff (Filipino with gold/brown/black hair can’t remember exact colour) at 7.50pm. Was standing beside me staring at me while I’m outside fitting room waiting for my girlfriend to tryout the clothes (take note I was standing around 4-5m away from the fitting room). She then say “can I help you when she spotted me looking back at her” in a sarcastic manner which I replied no thank you. She then proceed back to the cashier point and talk and laugh loudly with a tall young chap behaving like it’s their store. We decided not to buy and walk out of the store. Overall rude and rowdy experience. Please send your staffs for sales and customer service experience training.

WRONG PRICE TAGGING ! Really absurd, i had to go back and forth twice from cashier cus the price shown not tally with the promotion on board which is worst NO PROMO price as mentioned at all ! Fitting room also not available ,waste of time. If no discount then throw away the promo board. Yall planning on cheating isnt ?

I always pop into any Cotton On outlet. Why not? Random fun things is what they're all about. On this visit I found a shiny polyester cami top (so cute, and on sale at $5). I also found my favorite black sneakers. These are my go-to shoes for running errands. I have worn out many pairs in 3+ years and I remain overjoyed when I can buy a fresh pair again and again. Then there was a bargain bin with $1 shiny silvery socks. Okay. Had to pick up a pair. A similar sock like this I saw on a handicrafts web site and it was $20. So yeah. Bargain! Now about the rest of the store...it is jampacked with everything!! Indeed sometimes the items are in heaps, in messy disarray and it isn't pretty. However I have to defend the employees who deal with gaggles of school kids who arrive by the flock and grab everything they see, laughing and having a great time, letting off steam. Most of them put things back where they found them or they run to the cash register make a happy purchase. But there are plenty of these wild customers who do not. For this, I will say I have great sympathy for the employees. In fact it was so bad when I was there that I couldn't even sit down to try on shoes as some of the non-shopper guests were lounging on the bench, texting friends and not trying on shoes or anything else. They were "right at home." Wish this store had a teen lounge area and also an area to sit down and try on shoes. They really need both. Otherwise, I really do like this outlet.

I visited this outlet in the evening at 6.45pm and was hanging about the changing room waiting for my boyfriend to try on clothes, and the staff stationed at the changing room, Reena, was so warm and friendly in her interactions and greetings to everyone, her tone of voice used with every single customer was consistent and i watched each person get impacted by her contagious friendliness ^^
It really made my day to see someone so willing to give their best at work. She's so cute, please give her a raise or something, she deserves it for bringing some sunshine into people's day : )

Great service from Shallini! I went to the shop to collect an online purchase and was a bit concerned bcos the shorts seem a bit small. Shallini allowed me to try them out and turns out it’s really too small and was very proactive in helping me to check if the store has it in a bigger size. She did all these with a smile. Glad I met her.
