Bought this pair of earrings for many years ago. Recently found the earrings are dented due to box is too small for it. So I brought it back to CTF at Nex. I met Edmund Yim who helped me to repair them without any complaints. He is very friendly and thoughtful. Thank you so much for his service. Highly recommend him.

Excellent service from Edmund Yim. He's very patient and and very detail in explaining difference between the necklaces type design. Definitely will be coming back and look for him again

To express my disappointment with the after-sales service I have received from Manager at NEX. Since making my purchase of 999 bracelet, I have encountered that the bracelet getting longer. Unfortunately, rather than receiving assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses and sarcasm remarks quote “Ain’t you glad that it’s real 999!’ I found both unprofessional and disrespectful. It is extremely frustrating to experience this and definitely it has fallen well below expectations.
