Ordered 4 cups after lunch. There were 1 visible staff. No one at the cashier, so we thought to order via self-svc kiosk. After ordering, my friend highlighted that there's a Monday- 2nd cup half price promotion on the Tv. We proceed to enquire with the lady making tea, she was slightly irritated that we didn't see the sentence stated that customer 'Must place order at the physical cashier' then can enjoy the promo. We were kind of taken aback because we dont work there, the slides on Tv wasn't permanent, and the sentence for promo is ONLY ON THE MAIN PAGE OF THE KIOSK, which most of the time it's not the landing page when customer order and easily missed. Maybe it's the weather maybe it's the lack of staffs on a Monday afternoon, or maybe we were asking for it, to endure the attitude. If the company truely wants to run a promo, shouldn't it be permanently illustrated somewhere, and allow customer who order via self-svc kiosk to enjoy the promo automatically, considering we are doing part of the customer service ourselves and reducing staff workload. Order Chicha on Grab overpriced and frequent wrong order, order physical at shop always kena attitude. Not the first outlet that staffs always looks unhappy at work.
