Google should have an option for zero stars. This is the first time im coming to this outlet. When i went to the steam room, i already realised how dirty it is , there were black foot marks there and we were supposed to be barefooted in the room. 2nd, when i was sent to shower, the shower room floor was so slippery that i almost fell and hit my head. My feet however hit the glass door and now it is swollen. When i feedback this to their manager, all she could say was that they will take note. The shower room was dirty as well, there were moulds and black stains there, doesnt look like it was used before or washed before in the past few days. Do u want to pay at least $200 per treatment to shower in toilet that is dirtier than public swimming pool?
Updates: i got a doc memo on the injury and requested for compensation of my present and future treatments and was rejected. My request for refund of my outstanding packages has also been rejected.
Their team outlet manager (Jessie) and customer service manager (Amy) acknowledges there are lapses in the safety of the premises but are unwilling to bear any responsibility for this. Both have advised me to go ahead with CASE if i wish.

It seems like no one mentioned hard selling I wonder why. Please be true to review, I know the treatment is good however it seems like hard selling is still happening and they keep asking customer to do installments up to 3years even after treatment is done

1st time at Cheryl W, I was served by the stuff here they are well enough to understand the body need and also Apple, melody explain it to me on the body do measurements. 1st procedure 2hrs . Place is new n well maintained towel clean too. Importantly hygiene.

Tried the slimming treatment and it was really good. The service there was great too, no hard selling. Felt whole body relaxed and lost 200g immediately after 1 session. A pity that the budget is a bit off my budget, otherwise would consider to be their regular customer

I just had a body detox trial with Apple and was happy with her service and explanations leading up to the procedure. She ensures that I understand the type of treatment I am receiving. Not to mention Melody, who met her at reception and had properly described the trial treatment. I believe they both do admirably in their roles. Keep it going! 👍

Did a trial wellness Detox. Very comfortable environment and treatment. Wincy attended to me and she does not hard sell at all. My therapist is Aleta and she is very friendly, skillful and make e whole treatment very enjoyable. Recommended to come for a trial and rest assured no hard selling at all.
