Totally Disgusting business technique - have 4 free foot reflexes which I overlooked by 3 days - wanted to use it at Thomson outlet (without realising it expired 3 days ago) - staff tried to sell me another new package but cannot extend the 4 freebies at this outlet - at the outlet I originally bought at NEX. Question asked would they extend them ? Yes no worries they will extend! My 6th sense prompted me to go over and get it extended first before I sign another package. Basically I have been signing packages with them for donkey years and was no issue plus no expiry dates. True to my concern, at the Nex outlet Yes sign up another package and will extend it! That was not what Thomson outlet staff said ! Yes you can sign up 2 packages was their reply ! Basically if you sign up we don’t extend ! This is the repayment for a loyal customer !! Lucky the choice for foot reflexologists is abundant !!!

Massage by male person is good. By women either too weak or painful or just not good

Should have looked at Google reviews before going in. Booked foot massage. Take off your own shoes, walk in barefeet no slippers provided. Walk to dingly lit backroom and wash your own feet. They give u a old looking towel to wipe it yourself. Sit on chair and they do random things to your feet. Hit or miss. While chatting with their colleagues. 40mins up. Walked out feeling like it's the worst service ever. Wake up management.

Not going back there after visit their competitor at level 3. The feeling is very diff. Very noisy environment

I booked an hour but I left after half hour. Felt like I totally wasted time there. The masseur didn’t manage to hit any of the sore / tight spots on my shoulders and back, she tried to go over the areas generally instead of working on the problem areas... they still charged me $39 for it. I just paid and left. At the reception, the lady even retorted to me that the masseur have her own returning customers. Chen Kang used to have better quality people. Now their attitude and skill leaves much to be desired. Never going back ever.
