23rd april 2023, afternoon. 1) I asked your female staff if your mango cake is sour or sweet. She replied neither too sweet or too sour. When I bought home it's ultra sour. 2) I bought 2 cakes, one is $51 another is $30. Your male staff told me only $51 have paper bag, $30 give plastic bag.i told him so the one receiving plastic bag will be sad. Warning guys, their mango is ultra sour. Totally disappointed with your staff.

Only able to get 2nd purchase for the bundle promotion as previously i was asking when the promo ends and you all dont know. Today went to ask and made known to us it is the last day. Lots has no stock. Hello? You cooler bag QC, terrible stitches i keep for what.

One of my favourite go-tos for affordable desserts. Prices have remained largely the same but inflation has obviously hit. Used to be generous with the filling but bought a puff yesterday and it was barely 1/3 filled...

Ordered crepe cake but gave us normal cake instead. Tried to ask the shop person that packed wrongly to exchange to the correct one but they say we took already took the box and cannot be exchanged. Bad service, won't be visiting this outlet anymore.

Delicate fruity mini cakes. The star is the white peach one - very peachy, not too sweet. While the strawberry and melon ones have a strong artifical flavour

I got a cake from the shop at around 9+pm and requested for the staff to write the name on the Happy Birthday chocolate. One of the lady staff took the time to write the name nicely, even wiped off a few times and rewrite for it to be nicer and she even drew 2 hearts on it! I really felt so happy from her kind gesture and how much effort she put into writing the name on the chocolate. Thank you to who was there working on 23/11 and going the extra mile :)

When i entered the shop, i was welcomed with an enthusiastic hello by a staff named hema! I really love the cakes at Chataraise nex. Customer service was excellent too.

Managed to place an order for a cake less than 24h before collection👍 always love their cakes for having an appropriate amt of sweetness which makes the eating experience all the more better (we added the grapes on the cake) …

Love the cakes as these are not too sweet, and especially creamy and soft. Prices on the high end but it’s standard across the chain. This outlet is located a bit obscure area so make sure you check out the entire area before giving up 😂

Wow, these people know how to present a very enticing image of their product and brand. Exceptional world class service from the minute you step to the corded area in front of the glass case.. packaging of the products is well thought out. Purchased a slice of zebra cake which was placed in a very nice box on top of a greeted proof cake holder which has a very small ice pack placed underneath, then wrapped in bakers clear plastic to help keep the shape...this product was on sale for under $5...incredible flavor and texture.. Purchased 3 other items that were also presented very well and tasted Amazing..you got to go here The only item I didn't photograph was the zebra cake.... Enjoy

Just dropped in for the umpteenth time to grab a whole birthday cake. Thought I’d take some time to say our experience here has always been great - service staff who seem to really find purpose in their job, being part of making celebrations joyful, and accommodating as far as they can. Not to mention of course that the quality of the cakes and their delicious cream are reliably good. To the 2 service staff there this morning and countless others before, thanks again 🎂

We’ve always been biased toward Châteraisé cakes, pastries, and especially their ice cream. Their products are never overly sweet, always taste fresh, and are consistently high in quality. Prices are reasonable too. It’s our family’s go-to place whenever we’re craving sweets or celebrating with cakes.
