I used to enjoy getting things from challenger and is a regular shopper. However, I've gotten a laptop for my studies and I've asked for a recommendation. The staff recommended me a laptop which doesn't fit the requirements and I spent 2k+ on it, they even said it's the last laptop and I was lucky. I've called many places, went to the brand service center etc and was told that they cannot do anything about it because it's been half a year ( the more intense modules comes after a while ). I feel like I've been scammed and wasted 2k just to hit their quota. Still trying to get help with it or else I'll have to spend even more money for a laptop. Very upset and frustrated by this service. I won't be asking for recommendations from challenger if I knew that they would do this.

It has more variety compared to last time. Rarely visiting Challenger already. Was looking for a keyboard, saw one which said on promotion, looked up online the same price without promotion, the promotion price wasn't genuine promotion price, bought it anyway. Only one cashier was opened and there were 3-4 on the queue. It was slow on checkout.

Went to Nex outlet to buy Huawei Fit3 smart watch and was attended by a sale staff named Mr. Chan Wei Quan. He is very helpful, patient, attentative and courteous.
