Visited at NEX branch for 1st trail hair treatment. May Chai is my consultant. She explained clearly about hair dandruff issue, how to select and usage of products. Recommended her with good service and explaination. Come visit Beijing 101👍😊

Therapist _Yvonne is very knowledgeable n will share with me some effevtive ways to care for hair n scalp while doing my treatment. And also Manager Mandy was very friendly n professional. She was patient to explain to me the whole therapy n share knowledge on how to care for scalp. Overall very good experience not pushy on sales which is a plus point.

I’ve had my scalp treatment here. The entire experience was relaxing and professionally done. Laiming took care of me and made sure I was comfortable the entire session. Massage is good and I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of.
