Came into the store because I was rushing for a birthday party and my bbw paper bag broke a huge hole resulting in the gifts to my friend peaking out of the bag. I asked the staff whose name is Pearl for a new bag and she gave one to me without hesitation and even wrapped the products up as a gift. The end result is so pretty and she was so detail oriented. 🥺 when it didnt look good enough to her, she rewrapped it again and made it look perfect. She was friendly and kind!! Please cherish her )); 💕

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Service from Irah! I had such a great shopping experience at Bath & Body Works, all thanks to Irah! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Irah helped me pick out the perfect scents and even gave great recommendations based on what I like. Her warm and genuine attitude made me feel so welcome — you can tell she truly enjoys helping customers. Excellent service like this makes all the difference. I am so grateful for the assistance theie staff like sir JR, Anthon, ma'am Asther,Pearl and Ira . They always wear their smiles, very accomodating, helpful and approachable which makes customers happy and satisfied. I will surely come and buy. I was greeted by their friendly staff Irah and received exceptional service from her. She explained the differences between their products and also manage to filter out scents that might be more suitable as im not incline towards too sweet smell

Asther, pearl & anton are very helpful. They assisted me with my shopping and encourage me to purchase more because of the $10 on bath products. Excellent customer service.
