Came into the store because I was rushing for a birthday party and my bbw paper bag broke a huge hole resulting in the gifts to my friend peaking out of the bag. I asked the staff whose name is Pearl for a new bag and she gave one to me without hesitation and even wrapped the products up as a gift. The end result is so pretty and she was so detail oriented. 🥺 when it didnt look good enough to her, she rewrapped it again and made it look perfect. She was friendly and kind!!
