Took my parents to Baskin-Robbins for a post-dinner treat and had a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I tried the Brownie a la Mode, and it was a real standout. It had rich, nutty notes with the distinct flavor of cocoa, definitely indulgent and packed with flair. It is a little on the sweeter side, but still delicious if you’re in the mood for something bold and flavorful. Great service and unique flavors made this a sweet outing!

open seating arrangement in the middle of the mall so quite loud if you’re planning to have a date, but just for icecream is fine. a bit on the pricier side but worth it for the different flavour options they give. i tried love potion and it was nice! raspberry and dark chocolate mixture was surprisingly good

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at your shop today. Every time I’ve been assigned to Nex Serangoon, I make it a point to buy ice cream for tea time. However, today was particularly memorable.
For the first time in my five years of visiting, I encountered exceptional customer service from Louie. His suggestive selling and genuine concern for customers really stood out, especially when he took the extra step to use dry ice.

Had an ice cream party due to the hot weather. Ordered this online since it had same-day delivery & a large variety of flavours, so there’s always something for everyone. Staff was quick to call to inform when some flavours ran out, so that we can change. However, there was no labeling when the delivery came, so we had to guess the flavours (some weren’t that obvious, maybe just indicate the initials?). No spoons were given even though we asked for cutlery in the remarks.
Taste-wise, all were relatively good, the chocolate-based ones were strong, & the berries flavours were tart & fruity!

My nieces enjoy the occasional treat at B&R. Took them to get some ice cream after dinner last night and the male staff there was very kind towards my niece as he gave her a new scoop of ice cream when she dropped hers accidentally.

Very unpleasant visit at this outlet. Was awaiting for a big group of customer to finish ordering & also payment.
Was already standing at there at 9:18pm. When my turn to order after dinner mint milkshake. The guy staff can just rejected my order by saying that the displaying portion already off light.
But the actual closing time is 9:30pm. Might as well don't do the biz at there. Don't have the issue at previous outlet at Novena. And other outlet at Tiong Bahru.
Not going back to Nex outlet anymore 🥺
