I visited this store on 22nd January 2025 for an eyebrow trim, attracted by a promotion they were offering for $8. The staff was friendly and the trimming was done quickly and efficiently. However, the experience quickly turned unpleasant after my service.
Instead of proceeding directly to payment, I was led to a sink area where the staff aggressively began promoting their products, insisting they would benefit my skin. While I understand that upselling is common, the staff member was pushy and did not allow me to decline politely. She continued to press me to buy, even after I made it clear I wasn’t interested. Eventually, the staff member took a product without asking and directed the cashier to charge me for it.
When I refused to purchase, I was met with further insistence and an abrupt change in tone. After paying for the eyebrow trim, I was asked to leave immediately. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected by the entire experience.
While the service itself was fine, the aggressive sales tactics and lack of professionalism left a lasting negative impression. Please DO NOT visit this store, unless you are feeling too rich. Just to share with others if they are happening to visit this store. If i could gave it 0 stars, i would have done so.

I am currently using the Restorative Serum Gel from Anake and I am very satisfied with the results. And I would like to give a shoutout to the staff in Anake, Nex. My personal experience and observation is a very positive one. Especially the Filipinas at that branch, they are dedicated and customer oriented. Whenever they approach any customers to promote their products, they are very courteous even if they were rejected. And if they do get a sale, no matter the amount, they showed their appreciation and value the business. That is the hallmark of truly great service. Thank you Anake @ Nex

There is one very rude employee, presumably Pinoy judging by her accent with brown hair and bangs. My mother and I were just walking pass the store when she suddenly came up to us to put on some hand lotion/perfume and my mom respectfully declined by saying “No thank you” and moving her hand away. The employee then kept following us and then rudely remarked “Then just say lah!” when she got tired of following us. Hearing this loud comment, my mom told her that she is very rude and she then excused it by saying that she was talking to another person when she was clearly only talking to us.
