Hi - I had a very disappointing experience at Anake Nex mall. I had gone to enquire if they offer Q switch laser for which the product manager Kenny started up selling their cleanser and telling me that I should really buy it and not do laser. I understand up selling is common but when I tried to refuse politely, the product manager started saying abusive stuff such as - don't come here, I'll not be around to give such a discount etc. which I did not reply to..when I was about to leave he again said something in Mandarin on my back which I could not understand. Very bad and abusive behaviour by this outlet and this product manager and would not recommend even entering their premises.

Today around 20.24pm at Nex mall,have 2 lady is a Philippine sisters intro they product to me when I pass around there,she try give me testing on my hand,but customer have a right to reject not purchase yours product,this 2 lady act being like force me to buy and until I say I don’t want buy still offer me the voucher,I feels customer service must respect me when I turned don’t want buy,I feel uncomfortable this kind service very scary to force people must buy.

The trainer recommended me their product brightening facial mousse and she said can hydrate and restore and melt away their face bugs. She keep emphasizing this is made in Singapore. I looked up the ingredients on the packaging but doesn't say melt the face bugs.
