They gave me the notes which is not in use in Malaysia anymore, old RM 1 dollar notes of RM 4 dollars by saying they don’t have one dollars notes, superb old and dirty in colour. . These notes are not in use in Malaysia nowadays. As a money changers they shd have know the currency is in use or not. At first I gave a very reliable services but now I changed it. Our money is giving you a business profits which you are earning more than the market rates so don’t ever try to cheat your customers by providing or cleaning your old notes. At least inform them first that you only have that old notes don’t force them to take that money which has no value now. Somewhere in June I gave them a good review but not anymore, very disappointed.

Thank you Baba for your good service! :) He is friendly and nice. Rates wise, I think it’s about the same everywhere but here do offer a little higher. Honestly it also depends on which area you live, and I would return to this place. Better rates than 4th floor!!

Worst exchange rate for THB. DBS today same time offered me a better rate. How could a money changer offer worse rates than a bank? This money changer obviously didn’t want repeated business. Won’t be coming back!!

Friendly and super helpful boss and staff. I’ve been changing with them since pre-Covid as I live around the hood. Their rates are the best around the vicinity and I don’t need to travel out just to change elsewhere. Their rates are published and they keep them updated.

The rate to krw is extremely Low. Sgd40 difference from google rate for changing just sgd1,000. That’s 4% difference worse than credit card conversion
Edit to reply to your comment: Yes I understand will not get google rate as there will be spread. But what I’m trying to say is your rate is RIDICULOUSLY Low! We just called arcade money changer their rate is 9.70 which is reasonable making it 2.5% difference from google rate. Which is roughly the same as credit card conversion. To add on, the worker/owner trying to mislead and say 9.50-9.60 is the market rate which clearly you can get much better rate out there.
Please avoid this money changer if you’re charging other currencies other than myr.
