rates are okok, not the best option but i’m okay with losing a few dollars since this changer is very conveniently located for me & changing is a fast process.

I was quoted 107 when i asked for JPY exchange rate that I declined. The staff offered 108 if I exchange for SGD 1000, which I accepted. The staff then asked me for another SGD28 for rounding up to JPY 110000. However, upon checking on the receipt, I noticed the rare was 106.9995. I went back to the shop and asked for an explanation. The staff then quickly paid me back another SGD9.50 based on the rate of 107.9995. No single word of apology or explanation, just cold and stern faces. Imagine I was almost ripped off SGD9.50 if I didn't check the receipt.

rates are pretty nice, the staff very professional and friendly, receipt given, with space inside to confirm transaction amount.
come here several times in spite of its distance haha. highly recommend

Went to buy BHT and MYR just now. Found out that we were shortchanged RM200 when we got home. Supposed to be given rm1.7k but was given rm1.5k instead. Check your cameras at 1923hrs 11sep23. Didnt check the amount coz i assume wife got it sorted as I went to get cash from the ATM nearby with both hands full of shopping bags. Was taken advantage of the slight confusion btw us.
*** update*** went back the next day and was offered the RM200 + an apology for the human error without questions asked. I'm glad it didn't take me any trouble other than having to make another trip. 1 star off for the error that was not supposed to happen in the 1st place. All settled.

Poor exchange rate and Indian staff was rude like gangster. Daily online rate was 1.37 USD to SGD. They offered only 1.3480.

Genuinely bad rates, changing 600 SGD to USD here compared to Changi Airport costs $10 more. Check the cash changers website to see how bad the rates here are. Baffled that people still change money here. Friendly or not they’re ripping people off.

Yup, went to the right shop. Compared the rates from Changi Airport to here and didn't end up changing with you for the a/m reasons. It's odd how the good reviews here tend to come from people with few reviews.

Called ahead of time and was quoted rate of JPY 108.50. TV showed 109.25. Was instead given 108. Fault is also mine because I left without checking as it was very crowded. Be wary!
