Worse service ever, pls hire cashier with experience or at least station one with experience to guide the new staff. Waited so long and the queue kept getting longer, cashier can’t even do a proper check out!!!!! Don’t waste our precious time please!!!!! A week later still the same cashier, he turned the payment machine to himself and expects the customer to be able to tap for payment. Customers in que and he made them wait as he continued to count his cash in the register. Ignoring everyone. Bad and rude attitude. Decided to put back everything I intended to buy, never ever patronise this outlet if he is still there.

Very bad services. We just want to ask something but the Auntie just shout louder, make us feel very uncomfortable. Please improve the customer service. Will not come again.

Bad experience today. The Indian uncle has an attitude problem. He was so rude when I made my payment, and I told him I was using Yuu to scan. He just ignores me and keeps scanning the product. When I showed him my Yuu QR code, he just said the payment was over. If 711 wants to improve the business, please train your staff to work with a happy mood and friendly attitude. Hope the management can look into it.

Was asking when I (thought) one of the drinks was cheaper, then the Indian uncle bring me to the chiller just to try and make me look stupid cuz I read it wrong? Like bro it's 11pm everyone sleepy maybe that's why u working in 7-11
