I wish to complaint on cashier for not collecting payments saying he night shift and cashier counter not open!!! If that is the case, please close the door and don’t waste our time looking at the items and later said cannot collect payment!!!!! Please look into it, it happen quite frequently , I suggest if the other staff going to finished work, please make sure that the take over staff have log on to the cashier , this is proper handover 🧐I am feeling super frustrated 🤨pls look into it 🙏

Worse service ever, pls hire cashier with experience or at least station one with experience to guide the new staff. Waited so long and the queue kept getting longer, cashier can’t even do a proper check out!!!!! Don’t waste our precious time please!!!!! A week later still the same cashier, he turned the payment machine to himself and expects the customer to be able to tap for payment. Customers in que and he made them wait as he continued to count his cash in the register. Ignoring everyone. Bad and rude attitude. Decided to put back everything I intended to buy, never ever patronise this outlet if he is still there.

Bad experience today. The Indian uncle has an attitude problem. He was so rude when I made my payment, and I told him I was using Yuu to scan. He just ignores me and keeps scanning the product. When I showed him my Yuu QR code, he just said the payment was over. If 711 wants to improve the business, please train your staff to work with a happy mood and friendly attitude. Hope the management can look into it.

Most staff are very nice but there was an elderly lady who was very rude. I wanted to buy Penadol and she kept on increasing the price of the Penadol. It was meant to be 12.89, but she said it was 14.80. I had to go home with a blistering headache that day.😰 …

Amazing Service from Moon at 7-Eleven I had a fantastic experience at this 7-Eleven thanks to Moon, the cashier. She has a great personality—friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely brightens your day just by doing their job so well. She handled everything quickly and professionally, all while making me feel like a valued customer. Big shoutout to Moon for the awesome service!
