Terrible experience. Paid over $120 for a classic mani-pedi, but the polish was uneven, bumpy, and started peeling by day 3, see photos— clearly poor-quality products. Response was unhelpful; Since I’m leaving Singapore in a few days, I can’t return for a repaint, and they refused to offer any other solution or a refund. They suggested I come back for a repaint on a future visit to Singapore, but I would NEVER return to this salon even if I could.
The nail technicians asked intrusive questions about my residency status in Singapore (EP or SP? they said), which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. On top of that, they were pushy, trying to sell me packages despite my repeated refusals. They were chatting loudly in their home language, trying to guess my nationality and laughing, which was also very uncomfortable.
This place should be embarrassed by their poor service, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer satisfaction. Avoid at all costs. 절대 가지마세요.. 돈낭비함ㅠㅠ 별 하나도 아까움

I asked for french tips. The manicurist did not even file my nails evenly and the french tips were also uneven. Filing was also uncomfortable because the file was scraping against my skin, the price was also unreasonable for such service. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for a manicure. Other than that, my manicurist was very free.

Walked in to Avone Hair Salon at Nex on 31/10/22 6.45pm to trim my fringe. I was attended by Vegas. I asked for his opinion whether i should do a rebonding or perm. He suggested C curl and that it would take 2.5hrs. So thinking that i could leave by 9.30pm i decided to perm there and then. To my horror, the perm took about 5hrs in total and i left the salon 0005hrs!!! I was physically and mentally drained as i had to wake up at 5am everyday. I had to take a taxi home and bear the midnight surcharge. By the time i hit the pillow, it was past 1am!! To make it worse, my C curl perm and haircut was less than satisfactory. My hair was a mess! Nobody would believe i just did a C curl perm. Vegas told me it would be like that initially and the curls would become nicer after sometime! What an absurd explanation! Paid $198 for a botched job. Total waste of my time, energy & money. It was mental and physical torture. First time in my life leaving a salon past midnight. I gave 1 star rating because Vegas was kind enough to help me buy dinner. He has a pleasant attitude but really lack of skill and experience. He offered compensation for his underestimation of time by giving me a 5min express hair treatment and a foc haircut on my next visit. I dont think i dare to let him touch my hair again. I hope Avone management will look into this and do the appropriate service recovery.

Paid $136 ($88 for classic gelish manicure, $48 for the flower design) extremely disappointed with the outcome. The flowers look so ugly and charged me extra $48 for it. Very unhappy with this nail art. Not worth the money.

I’ve been coming to Avone for years for their scalp cleansing treatments, and every visit has been a consistently great experience. Most recently, I was attended to by Nick, who went above and beyond in his service. He conducted a thorough scalp scan, clearly explained my scalp condition, and patiently guided me through every step of the treatment.
I truly appreciated his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care. I also found out that Nick has over a decade of hairdressing experience, and I’m now keen to try a haircut by him too. Highly recommend looking for Nick if you’re planning a visit – he really made the experience exceptional!

Came to try their nail service. Xixi did an excellent job, I like the final outcome. Did express nail manicure $48 and added on gradient effect (+$28). I'm first timer so got special one time off offer. Price not cheap but very happy with the quality and service.

Nicole and Jenny did my nails and they were very patient and I changed my design a little and they happily did it just the way I wanted. The staff are very polite and are able to negotiate. I am very happy with the results and will come again. Thank you!!

Facial Therapist Karen is gentle, experienced and gives relevant advices accordingly to skin type. She is meticulous in ensuring that my face is cleansed well and gave relevant suggestions on ways to improve my skin. She is also a masseuse, who provides therapeutic massages according to one's body condition.

Avone is a one stop shop that I highly recommend. I wanted a lash extension and hair treatment and was recommended to Nex for all the services. Was served by Candy for my lashes and Li Ping for hair. Candy is very meticulously and experienced and my lashes looks so natural and it din feel like I had extensions on. Next I was brought to do my hair treatment by Li Ping was patiently went through the treatment options and I also decided to refresh my hair colour for a perfect look. Li Ping promised me I will leave in time and indeed I finished on the dot. My other hair salon experiences would have taken 4-5 hours but I finished in less than 3hr and they look perfect! My friends commented the colour brightens my face and hair looks amazing smooth. Avone is highly recommended for a 1 stop shop with quality products and services. I will surely come back for future services.
