Excellent service, nice individual bouquet. Took 20 minutes to prepare but it was worth it. They even came up with a clever idea for the carrier so I could hold it easier. Wife is happy, so happy life ;-)

Looking for a gift for my friend's open house so i bought my own wine over to see if they can customize a flower basket for me. Elsa was so friendly and patient with helping me to pick out the best flowers, and she assembled this under 30mins! Thank you so much Elsa!

The florist at the NEX store, Elsa, was incredibly attentive and helpful. She took the time to guide us in choosing the right flowers and even helped arrange them beautifully, despite us only purchasing loose stems. I buy flowers often, but I’ve never experienced such warm and thoughtful service. Thank you, Elsa!

Wanted some flowers to brighten up my room. The shopkeeper looked so bored and done, and she wrapped the flowers haphazardly. The tape was not taped well, and the wrapping did not fit the flowers. Disappointing... the flowers look half wilted too Q.Q
