Lousy cashier who served me by the name of eda (seemed like an indian lady just like the other reviews). She greeted me when i came to the shop and I had asked her for specific recommendations, can’t even bother elaborating more than 2 sentences. Just used her fingers to point over the wines i was looking for, and seemed rather patronising from her tone of voice and expression. This outlet seems to have a thing for hiring clearly rude and unhelpful people.

Visited today (23/11) and the attitude of the staff is very bad (Indian Lady)
I asked for a specific wine and wanted her help to buy a similar one since the one I was looking for was not there.
But we ended up leaving without buying because of her rudeness. Highly recommend here if you want to ruin your good mood!

We left due to this bad attitude! We rather buy wine at somewhere. Please take note that not only here selling wine! If you’re not happy to work please ask for leave and have rest! Don’t make your customer disappointed!

The indian lady in the store is not suitable for customer service. Two times ive came to purchase gifts and she has been rude. Very condescending tone as well when speaking. Lucky thing cold storage nearby also has wine section so can get it there.

Read all the other reviews and you know how bad the service here is. Always have bad experience here at NEX outlet but walked in today to look at wine glasses because x’mas is coming and I wanted to get 2 more. The display was behind the counter and I wanted to take a look. Female Chinese staff couldn’t be bothered when I asked her questions so I tried to take a closer look by walking to the side of the counter. She finally opened her mouth and asked that I stay away from the counter and she will take what I want to see. What I received in the end was a ‘take it or leave it’ attitude. Wonder what is wrong with this outlet? The level of service here is downright apalling.

Zero customer service experience.
Not the place to visit for wine recommendations.
The guy stood behind the counter and looked on while we browse the store, not keen to serve any shoppers. When asked for a recommendation, he responded impatiently.
He also sounded irritated during payment when I had to re-tap my card, stating that the machine is slow.
Don’t visit this outlet unless you don’t mind a sales staff with particularly poor demeanor.

1 star for the customer service experience given to the guy with spec behind cashier. My experience aligned with the rest of the 1star reviews below since few yrs ago. Surprised that no improvement done to this.
When asked about something, he just pointed and asked you whats written and read it out for yourself. Very condescending and demeaning, no customer should ever be treated this way.

The buying experience is particularly poor！！I bought wine here yesterday，the staff was in a very bad attitude, when i ask about some promotions or recommends he was very impatient. when i ask about the flavours, he only tell me two words and point 2wines, can see "you dont know anything about the wine"this sentence from his face. and very arrogance! however he did not saying any knowledge about wines. the worst thing is when I mentioned about bottles and bottles(another wine shop) He became out of control. ..He jabbed his finger hard at the table to emphasize his strength. It's definitely the last time I buy a drink here. It sucks！！！

23 Dec 2017. Went in to purchase last minute wine for Christmas gathering. Wide selection of wines at various price points. Asked for recommendation. Guy simply pointed to a $100+ wine without saying a word. Asked for something cheaper between $40-$50. Guy pointed to another $55 wine. Again without saying a single word. Asked another guy and he just randomly chose a $19.90 promotional wine without explaining why. Picked out the #1 best seller on my own discretion in the end. Service is rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Walked in expecting a bit of snobbery, but was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though they couldn’t find the wine I was after. It turned out that the bottle i was looking for was only available at the warehouse. They kindly directed me there. Despite spending quite a whille browsing other options, I ultimately decided to head to the warehouse for the specific bottle I wanted. Great service overall.

Lady at the counter around 9pm today was a rockstar ! Great Sauterne recommendation which she helped me to uncork, and i emptied it into my water bottle and had my way with it ! Such immaculate service is second to none !
