The toiletries are very nice and I buy them regularly. However, one cashier had a very bad attitude.

Very bad shop to go to at Nex. Not advisable bcos the sales staff accused my daughter spraying the sunscreen when I was just next to her and she didn’t press anything. They insist and I ask to show me video footage and they say cannot. If this is the case then just tape up all the bottles then will not accused ppl of pressing. The lady was so fast in approaching me and straight way say I have to buy because she saw my daughter spraying it. Really nonsense. I ask for HQ number and they told me no number. Gosh!!!! Where did you hire such staff to run the shop!!!!

Products recommended by my mother in law. She loves it so much. One of the promoters here at serangoon outlets here very friendly n kind.

Very silly staff, they don't allow you to open and sniff the shampoo. Go learn from supermarkets and other toiletries shops no one ever polices customer on smelling. Mind you I only opened one bottle which I bought.

Best place for no smiles and Bad attitude. Don’t bother asking for help to look for specific products. The many staff standing around are to catch pickpockets only I guess. Been here a few times at different timings and days. Always the same unfriendly , unhappy attitude. Most other Venus shops have friendlier and helpful staff.

The aunties in this stall have selective customer service.... if you buy just one item expect no "thank you" while the previous customer who buys many gets a "thank you very much"! Very unprofessional!
