What happened:
➔ The cook accused ME of "not pressing the 1-for-1 option" during the transaction (your system, your responsibility!).
➔ Then I was told “there is nothing that they can do.”
➔ Result: My wife has no lunch.
Why this is unacceptable:
✅ Staff blamed the customer instead of solving the problem
✅ Zero effort to correct their mistake (voiding/re-ringing? Manager override?)
✅ Dismissive service destroyed trust
Management: Train staff to handle errors and empower them to FIX ISSUES. "Nothing we can do" is lazy and loses customers.
Avoid this location until they improve training.

To Tuktukcha,
Since our dating to now married days, we enjoyed eating at tuktukcha. When we don’t know what to eat, we always come here for comfort food. We are happy to see the menu has been extended but we feel quality and quantity plays a big role too.
I spent $10 on seafood tomyum pasta that only has 3 piece of prawn. It doesn’t even taste like tomyum 😭 when we asked the staff, they said it’s supposed to only have prawn. Then don’t call it seafood pasta laa..
Even my husband’s green curry is not even green, it’s creamy white, and the coconut milk taste is too strong.
We were so disappointed:( we also used to love the chocolate latte cos it’s not too diluted and can taste the chocolatey taste well but that day it was already diluted by the time we received it.
We hope the R&D team can look into this. To make sure price and quality as well as quantity is well maintained and balance.
To think that it’s dinner time, it was full house, but we didn’t rush anyone, patiently waiting, we were expecting a good food to eat.
The only thing that doesn’t disappoint is the dessert.
Thank you

Doesn’t taste like Thai food at all. Felt like I was eating Chinese food. Especially the “Tom yam” maggi. Tom yam is supposed to be sour, a little sweet and salty. But this Tom yam just tastes like salt water. Is the soup made with Instant noodle MSG seasoning plus salt? Good thing is they are generous with ingredients. Fried rice is ok, tastes typical. But the price in total for both is $20. Not sure if it’s worth the price for this kind of taste. Come here if you want to eat Chinese “Thai” food rather than authentic Thai food.

First time tried the food here. Ordered cashew nut chicken with rice and beef noodle. Food was tasty. Portion just nice. Order from kiosk and once ready number will appear and you can collect. Not much interaction with the staffs. All good. Will come back and try other menu.
Another Big Bite
The menu selection at TTC Treasures has popular Thai delights like fried noodles/rice & rice bowl. We ordered the Treasure sets starting from $12 - Phad Thai + new drink Thai oatmilk and Sweet & Sour fish with rice + refreshing & addictive Thai green milk tea tasted. Side dish Thai Chicken wings- lovely glazed and meat was tender & delicious. We finished off with Pandan Taro Kaya Shibuya toast! The not too sweet coconut ice cream compliments well with the dessert sauce and crumbs.

(+) Food is great. Love the Shibuya toast which is super crunchy and buttery.
(+) Service is good too. I always requested for no seafood in my Phad Thai. So far no wrong order.
(=) The place is generally clean. However, because of poor ventilation, it can be really smoky sometimes.

The green curry was sooo good—creamy, spicy, and super flavorful! The Shibuya toast was crispy outside, soft inside, and just the right amount of sweet. Loved the milk tea too, super smooth and not too sweet. Totally hit the spot!

No frills Nice and good enough to warrant repeated dine in or take away. Not bad tasting freshly cooked halal Thai food. Not the best in town but value for money and a quick fix to satisfy your craving compared to going to a Thai Restaurant.

Ina, the cashier, was super helpful and friendly. Even though I didn’t have the birthday voucher, she made things happen so I could celebrate my birthday. And the toast was amazing. Thank you Ina for your excellent service
The chocolate goodness Shibuya Toast was heavenly bless my tongue
I will come back just to eat this dessert again and will recommend to the people around me. The toast was perfectly crispy and warm, contrasting to the cold ice cream and crunchy Oreo bits.
The Thai milk tea was too sweet despite asking for less sugar.
