Zeno has been extremely patient and attentive throughout the process. While he may come across as a little persistent, I appreciate that his intentions were always in my best interest. He took the time to understand my concerns and worked hard to curate a package that not only addressed my hair needs but also suited my budget. His efforts truly made me feel taken care of.
Vicky, who did my treatment, was equally commendable. She was calm, gentle, and patient, taking time to explain each step of the process clearly. Her warm and reassuring approach made the entire experience smooth and pleasant.

I had a great experience at Trichokare’s NEX outlet, especially with their scalp therapist, Zeno. The entire scalp care treatment took about an hour plus, and I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of.
Zeno was attentive and professional throughout each step of the process — from the initial scalp cleansing, applying the scalp mask, relaxing scalp massage, to a thorough hair wash and blow dry. He then applied a scalp tonic followed by infrared light therapy, which is meant to help with hair growth. He even styled my hair nicely to finish off the session.
While Zeno did gently suggest a treatment package at the end, I appreciated that he respected my decision to keep it under consideration for now. Overall, the service was satisfying, and I felt like my scalp got the deep care it needed. Looking forward to returning for another session in the future!

The treatment was very good, feel significant changes after the treatment. Chantel is very nice and friendly, she gave really great advices in hair treatments. Will come back again!!

Professional scalp treatment by very friendly therapists! Very in depth analysis that is different from normal hair salon at affordable prices. Came for a trial and decided to sign up. Encourage all who may be facing scalp issues to give this place a shot! :)

My daughter has been serviced by Roy, the supervisor. He is attentive and patience to diagnose her condition and provide recommendations of treatment. We have seen some improvement and hope the follow up treatment will be effective.
