I had a terrible experience at the Tim Hortons at NEX Serangoon. I came in planning to sit down, eat, and get some work done — but it turned out to be a frustrating visit.
They completely forgot my order, while someone who arrived after me received theirs first. When I finally got my food, the bagel was burnt — not just over-toasted, but actually charred and unpleasant to eat.
I usually enjoy visiting Tim Hortons, and other outlets have been much better. But this location? Easily the worst I’ve been to. Poor service, lack of attention, and no regard for the customer experience. Definitely won’t be coming back unless u want a burnt bagel

We ordered one pesto chicken sandwich and four black truffle mushroom chicken sandwiches. The chicken portion was very small, not as generous as before. The taste was much worse, it felt like eating dry bread. It's strange why the sandwiches are always different each time. By the way, the coffee is still as rich and fragrant as ever.

Came here for an afternoon snack. Not many donut variety but probably would be able to pick one out of the lot.
Drink varieties are lots. Coffee and tea hot and cold. We had a matcha and a refreshing pomelo ice tea. A Boston donut and a cruller.

I had a pleasant experience at Tim Hortons at NEX Shopping Centre today, thanks to Elisa. She was friendly, efficient, and handled my order with care despite the busy period. It’s always nice to be served by someone who’s approachable and attentive. A small gesture like her warm attitude made my visit that much better. Appreciate the good service!

After a rather late breakfast of Nasi Lemak and Mee Rebus, wifey needed to do some errands at NEX Mall.
I took the opportunity to do some walking in the air conditioning environment; chalked up 1hr 15mins! Not bad.
We decided to take it easy and walked into Tim Hortons Cafe; first time.
Whilst wifey found a comfortable corner table, I went to place our orders.
I wanted the “Melt-Truffle Shroom & Chicken Sandwich” with Belgian Chocolate Mocha full cream. Wifey pointed an item from the cakes section (which I saw as cheese cake) with Cappuccino.
When the cake was handed to me, wifey said that’s not what she wanted, it should be the Halzelnut Praline Chocolate Cake. Apparently the signs at the Cake Counter were mixed up. Wifey pointed at the sign whilst I looked at the item displayed 🤣🤣🤣
Went back to the counter staff to request if we could change the cake to our desired item. (A little embarrassed). Fortunately, the lady server was very polite and said, “Sure, no problem”.
Hmm…the sandwich was delivered hot and delicious. The serving was in two halves cuts - which was just nice for two of us.
The Hazelnut Praline was rather sweet but really nice. Consuming half of that slice was just right.
Oh I loved the Blended Ice Mocha, so rich and nice. The Medium Cup was rather big, well worth the $8.40.
Even the Medium Cup Cappuccino was really big.
So although menu price tags looked a little high, I felt good value for price.

After checking the google reviews,i chose three different chicken sandwiches.They all tasted good and the portions were decent.The coffee was buy one get one free,it came to $4 a cup, which was a good deal ! The taste was also excellent. Highly recommended!

First time trying Tim Hortons. Tried the cinnamon latte, steawberry doughnut small bite. Small bite was meh. Cinnamon latte portion was rather large for a medium size cup and i couldn't finish. It was piping hot and the cinnamon taste was not over powering. The best item was the doughnut. It was delicious and worth every bite. Staff were polite and friendly which is a big bonus. The environment was clean too.

Had a cup of coffee and grilled cheese sandwich.
Sandwich was very tasty. Plenty of cheese and that made me happy.
Coffee was just warm, which is why I only give 4 stars.
Place was quite crowded and there were some individuals who chose to hog multiple seats and tables. Inconsiderate for sure given that it was crowded.

Order a maple glazed croissant it came cold. Ask the service staff to heat it up, they mentioned the glazed will melt thus unable to do so. They should have heated up the croissant before bringing it to glazed. Cold croissants is illegal especially for non takeaway cafes. Matcha latte was served with failed art. Will not recommend and will not return. For sucha price, there are better options available in this mall.

Was rushing for time so I ordered via their app, which stated 8 mins to be ready. End up it took 20 mins for collection. The staff was quite rude, i was standing there for collection but she keep packing other orders even after i showed her my app order. The drink is definitely overrated, it's supposed to be chocolate cream pistachio matcha latte, there's no pistachio taste at all, no matcha taste at all, only overpowering chocolate taste. Will not buy again.
