SCAMMER - TOOK OUR MONEY WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION
They were promoting and said our shoes look nice and and we just talked to them then they started promoting their products and they asked to check our card to see if we could have any offers and IMMEDIATELY SWIPED IT AND MADE US PAY $1200 FOR NOTHING ???
Then they said they would give us a free treatment for that $1200 even though WE NEVER wanted to do it and was just listening to their services
So okay we didn't do anything since whatever lets just go and went for their treatment that apparently we already paid for
Then after the treatment, they asked for a card again but of course we weren't gonna pay again so we said well this card can't be used anymore
and they ASKED FOR ANOTHER CARD ? They asked for XXX card then we said its not the card that they wanted and they insisted we take it out to check so we did, AND THEY TOOK IT AGAIN AND SWIPED ANOTHER $3000 ??
Then they said they would give us more free treatments ??
Im sorry but when was it ever right for business to TAKE OUR MONEY FIRST WITHOUT PERMISSION and then just say oh its okay we'll just give you the service ??
We never wanted it but they just took our money and practically forced us to take their treatments or if not we basically just spent $3000 for nothing
Yes they gave the service in the end but this just feels extremely wrong for me and extremely horrible that any business would go to such low lengths to get money.

As per other reviews, this shop is a total scam. My elderly father was half dragged into the shop, arm twisted and another lady coerced him to pass her his credit card, and dupped into paying $888 (1st installment) for an eye cream charged at $1200. Pls stay far away from this shop. I will also be alerting Nex management to investigate further. 0 stars.

⚠️🚨 SERIOUS RED FLAG ALERT! 🚨⚠️
On 18th January 2025, at around 5:15 PM, I witnessed something deeply concerning outside a shop. A sales personnel stood just outside the store, coaxing an elderly man (likely in his 70s or 80s) to come inside. The man, visibly confused, asked what it was for. The salesperson vaguely mentioned it was to "help him clean" (presumably his face), while another staff member inside waved him in.
Despite the man’s uncertainty, he entered the shop.
When I checked back approx. 10 minutes later, the elderly man was still inside. I reported the incident to customer service, but there was nothing they could do unless he was physically dragged in there.
This behavior is utterly unethical. These people prey on the vulnerable—there’s no way their target customers are elderly men unfamiliar with beauty routines.
Stay vigilant and do not support businesses that exploit or manipulate the elderly. Protect the ones who helped build our nation.

Just witnessed aggressive touting, lady grabbed an auntie’s arm and wanted to smear product on her forcefully. Auntie was shocked and had to pull her arm away with much force. Unscrupulous sales practices!

The beauticians try to use free sample to entice you to go in... then the product is super expensive and said there's weekend deal (typical sales tactic).... feel like a scam. When you google about the brand, not much info. Can't even tell where it comes from.
